The 2024 Inkwell Writing Workshop took place from July 13th to August 10th, 2024. Its goal was to help young elementary and middle-grade students develop and practice their creative writing skills. Throughout the workshop, our experienced instructors taught key writing skills and techniques, led students through interactive writing exercises, and helped each student improve and refine their pieces. Students also had the chance to participate in peer reviews as well as receive constructive feedback from instructors. Additionally, they participated in fun group activities like trivia and Night in the Museum! At the end of the workshop, we hosted a special writing showcase, where many students presented the work they had created during the workshop in front of their peers and families.

The workshop was a great success, with strong attendance from the start! Students actively participated in classes, wrote impressive stories, and enjoyed participating in games. They have improved so much, and we are proud of how far they've come since the first session. We've received positive feedback from both students and parents, praising the workshop for being fun and engaging and appreciating the instructors' clear explanations and positive interactions with the students.

We may offer the workshop again in 2025, possibly along with other workshops. Stay tuned for updates!
